Pursuant to Article 10 of Türkiye's Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we, the Data Controller Robodor, inform you as follows about the personal data we process via our website and contact forms.

4. Legal Basis
Personal data are processed under KVKK Art.5/2(c) ("directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract") and Art.5/2(f) ("processing necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller"). Marketing processing is performed only with your explicit consent.

6. Method of Collection
Your personal data are collected through the contact, quote and technical-support forms on robodor.com, by automated or partially automated means.
7. Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11
As a data subject you have the right to:
- Confirm whether your personal data are processed
- Request information about the processing
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in line with that purpose
- Know the third parties (domestic or foreign) to whom data are transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction within the legal conditions
- Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties
- Object to results arising solely from automated processing
- Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing
8. How to Apply
Send your request, together with information identifying you, by email to info@robodor.com or in writing to the postal address above. We will respond within 30 days as required by KVKK Article 13.
